Scuba Mask Straps

Christmas Greetings from The Scuba News Canada

In scuba diving, there are many things to be grateful for, such as the trip to that must-see shipwreck, a newly discovered shipwreck, or the underwater world of corals and colourful reef fish. Also, there is diving with a group every week and adding another “log entry.”

We also reflect on those divers who have lost their lives in pursuing their passion for their sport.

As Christmas and a new year approach I am grateful for being asked to be the managing editor of The Scuba News Canada. Like the original Scuba News, the Canadian and other versions were created by Lee Taylor-Watson. He is also the owner of DiveMedia. Lee’s publications are a great idea. I am happy to be a part of his team.

I speak with many people in the scuba industry and my highlight was attending DEMA this year. I thank everyone for their support and contributions to The Scuba News Canada. As we move into 2017, I am looking forward to continuing  bringing Canadians all the latest dive/environment updates.

Merry Christmas from all of us at The Scuba News.
