Cristi Quill from Team Amazing, was attempting to break the current Guinness World Record for Longest Open Saltwater SCUBA dive (Female) to raise money and awareness for the American Cancer Society and managed an amazing 51 Hours and 25 Minutes.

Walaa Hafez recently completed 51 Hours and 20 minutes in Sharm El Naga, Red Sea, Egypt but there was no previous record in the female category. Although the time by Cristi is yet to be verified by Guinness World Records, she can not claim to be a “World Record Holder” just yet but we certainly think that some praise is deserved.
