Join local underwater explorer and storyteller Sean McMullen, known as Saltwater Sean, at the Halifax Central Library on Spring Garden Road on Wednesday, December 11 at 6:30 p.m. as he shares his journey from pandemic hobbyist to ocean advocate.

Through underwater cleanups and historical discoveries, Sean brings forgotten stories and artifacts back to the surface while raising awareness about marine conservation.

In this talk, he’ll highlight the treasures, challenges, and lessons learned from exploring Nova Scotia’s waters and why protecting them matters now more than ever.
