Lawsuit Filed for $12 Million In Scuba Accident

Linnea Mills was on the second dive of her PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course in Lake MacDonald in Glacier National Park, north of Missoula, Montana where she lives. Linnea died during this dive and was only 18 years old.

Gull Dive of Missoula, its owners David and Jeannine Olson, instructors Debbie Snow and Seth Liston, and PADI Worldwide, which is accused of failing to oversee a member-business, are named in the lawsuit.
