It is looking like there is some rain in the forecast for the upcoming weekend. With the last long weekend of summer over, availability on boats has opened up. Call the operator of your choice if you are looking for some diving this weekend. Many of the operators will also continue to run walk-on dives during the week. This weekend the Tall Ships will be visiting Brockville for the Tall Ship Festival. This will also mean that Centeen Park will be closed to divers through the weekend. Although the summer may seem to be over, dive operators will keep boats in the water until the end of October, so there is still lot of diving available. After the warm summer, water temperatures are still above normal. However, as they cool visibility improves. October can have some great diving in the river that is still manageable in a wet suit.

Dive Safe.
