This weekend weather report calls for hot and sunny conditions in the Brockville area, with possible showers on Sunday. People are starting to find the heat a bit much this summer, but remember, the snow will be here soon enough.

Dive operators all along the St Lawrence River are out in full force this long holiday weekend and the dive boats are busy. You may find some space available if you call around.

Lots of events taking place in the local communities. Kingston has a free David Wilcox concert on Friday night, and the Kingston Promenade on Princess Street downtown features local shopping.

Brockville has music in the park on Sunday and several other small events taking place around town.

If you are travelling the 401 this weekend  headed to the Thousand Islands, please drive carefully. Thursday evening the traffic on the highway was already heavy.

Dive Safe.
