Riviera Maya & Cozumel, Q.Roo, Mexico – Pro Dive Mexico, a PADI 5-Star Gold Palm Resort founded in 2003 and one of the most established and recognized IDC Centers in Latin America, located at several 4-5* Resorts along the Riviera Maya and in Cozumel, proudly announce that their PADI Five Star IDC has been awarded “EDUCATION CENTER MAY 2014” by PADI WORLDWIDE for the exceptional customer service delivered by their PADI Instructors.

“I just would like to provide a feedback about my PADI diving experience, the instructor and the whole Pro Dive team in Puerto Aventuras, Catalonia Yucatan Riviera Maya.
I had absolutely amazing time diving. Although I hadn’t planned to enroll for PADI certificate course, it all started with one of the Pro Dive friendly team members – Stefane, suggested a pool demo.
The whole Pro Dive team in Puerto Aventuras, Mexico was incredible, very helpful, easy to talk to, keen on helping, explaining and repeating whenever I needed additional information. The boat team so approachable and helpful when I struggled a bit with weights and cylinder when climbing back.
Also, it really made the difference that the equipment I was using was relatively new and reliable. Tom (the instructor) made an effort to get me the most appropriate wet suit and mask. He provided great, detailed briefings every time – both before and after the dive – and he ensured that I was confident and ready for the dives. Along the way, he also discussed the next steps in case I want to advance in my diving education. Tom was always well prepared, full of tips and hints on how to improve my skills and dive technique, always very encouraging and patient, and used real-life examples and scenarios to support the theory (which made it easier to study and memorize). Above all, he was really intuitive, experienced and knowledgeable, which I believe makes him an outstanding instructor. I do think that people like Tom (and the rest of Pro Dive team in Puerto Aventuras, Mexico) deserve recognition for their hard work and commitment; perhaps this feedback can contribute to it.
I am really grateful to have had the chance to meet such great people, who helped me discover my new passion and therefore made me happy. I will surely recommend this PADI Center to anyone interested in diving.”
