I moved to Southsea 10 years ago after a varied career in bookselling, publishing, ecommerce and Local Government. I was a student here in the early 80s and always had a soft spot for the place, though coming back 30 years later was like coming to a different place! In my time I’ve written for a children’s bookclubs (The Bookworm and The Early Worm Clubs), was Children's Book editor at Amazon.co.uk and have written and managed content for the Buckinghamshire County Council website and managed the Conan Doyle Collection website. If I’m not on the beach, in the sea or singing with the Southern Ska Collective Ska Choir, you’ll probably find me on a plane or somewhere abroad as travel is my other passion.
