Don Kinney is the owner of Cylinder Training Services. He started commercially working with cylinders in 1991. With his background in public safety he continued to gain knowledge in the field of high pressure cylinders and began to develop training programs. He has developed cylinder training programs for the fire service, diving, beverage, aviation and hydrostatic requalifier’s. Cylinder Training Services (CTS) has also developed customized tools to assist in the inspection of high pressure cylinders. CTS continues to update and improve their training programs and develop systems so that inspectors have a greater understanding of the cylinders they are examining.
