Cris Kohl and Joan Forsberg of Seawolf Communications will be presenting on the rumrunners who were smuggling alcohol from Canada to the United States. Many people saw this as a great opportunity to make a fast, but illegal, buck by running liquor in boats across Great Lakes waters. The bullets flew, the boats raced, and the booze flowed!
