Blue Crew Divers, a licensed vocational school and PADI Career Development Center, has announced enrollment for its Diving Industry & Management diploma program. The seven-month course is designed to prepare students for professional careers across the global scuba diving sector.
The program combines academic study, open-water training, and career mentoring, giving graduates both industry-recognized scuba certifications and practical skills in business and operations. Training areas include dive shop management, equipment servicing, expedition logistics, and customer relations. Students also complete PADI Divemaster and Instructor Development Course (IDC) certifications, alongside specialty instructor training.
Graduates are supported with resume development, interview coaching, and international job placement assistance, preparing them for roles in dive centers, resorts, conservation projects, aquariums, and expedition teams.
Blue Crew Divers is currently the only state-licensed scuba diving school in Pennsylvania and the surrounding 22-state region. Its recognition as a PADI Career Development Center places it among a small number of institutions worldwide authorized to deliver professional-level vocational training in diving.
Enrollment for the program is now open, with the next session beginning September 15, 2025, at the Blue Crew Divers training facility in Frazer, Pennsylvania. Open-water training will take place at approved dive sites.
