Emperor Echo Liveaboard Experiences Severe Winds and Suffers Irreparable Hull Damage

In a recent incident on the night of Saturday, October 28th, Emperor Echo, was moored at Fury Shoals when a sudden and intense lightning storm, accompanied by powerful winds, led to an unfortunate event. The vessel became entangled with its mooring and was subsequently blown onto the reef, resulting in significant, irreparable damage to the ship’s hull.

Emperor Divers would like to express their profound gratitude to their dedicated and highly efficient crew, who, in collaboration with the guests on board, promptly and seamlessly executed evacuation protocols, ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone on board.
