Indigo Bolandrini, PADI AmbassaDiver is about to embark on her new campaign, a three year multi-level project. In the next 12 months, Indigo will raise awareness of the effect that plastics are having on our World’s Oceans whilst supporting and campaigning on behalf of Plastic Oceans, a global movement fighting to rid the world of plastic debris.

Indigo and a team of local Egyptian children will be planning a number of events throughout the first 12 months of this project that will involve the local schools of El Gouna and Hurghada.

Focused on the education of children in conservation through the medium of diving and watersports, inclusive of swimming, snorkeling, free diving, scuba diving, paddle-boarding and Kite-surfing whilst learning to take care of the Ocean for future generations, more importantly their own futures.

Assisted by the EGIS school, Orascom, El Gouna Services and a plethora of other local businesses; Indigo and her friends will attempt to make an impact into various areas of plastic pollution in Egypt. This includes multiple Ocean Clean ups and recycling initiatives assisted by local businesses in Egypt.
