My #SurfaceInterval article today is on a promise of the future. I will be turning 40 in a few weeks and this means that I am a child of the 70’s and 80’s, and as anyone my age will tell you, the Back to the Future Trilogy was awesome (and still is).
Back to the Future II showed a vision of 2015 that could not really be more different than what 2015 is to the rest of us now..and we feel cheated. We wanted flying cars, clothes that resize on their own, shoes that could be filled with air (OK we did have those) and time travel (obviously). We especially wanted hoverboards. Well why would you NOT want a hoverboard???
I have always been a great lover of Lexus, the luxury car brand from Toyota. I have always admired the design and build of their cars, I have always been a fan of how they feel to drive and my favorite super-car, which I would buy if money was no object, is not a Ferrari or a Lamborghini but the Lexus LF-A. And now…and now, those amazing folks at Lexus have invented the HOVERBOARD. I have to say that again, Lexus have invented a HOVERBOARD!!! At least one of my dreams has just come true 🙂
