Scuba Dive Agent was founded to help divers explore the world with confidence. Whether you’re planning your first international dive holiday or finally booking that bucket-list expedition you’ve talked about for years, our goal is simple: to make the journey as enjoyable as the diving itself.
The business is led by Mandy, who brings more than 30 years of experience in the travel industry. Throughout her career she has helped travellers plan unforgettable holidays, developing the knowledge and attention to detail that only decades of experience can provide. From international flights and accommodation to complex itineraries and travel logistics, she understands what it takes to build a seamless travel experience.
Mandy is also an accomplished underwater photographer with an incredible ability to capture the beauty and emotion of the underwater world. Whether she’s photographing a tiny nudibranch or a passing manta ray, she has a remarkable eye for telling stories through her images. Her photography doesn’t just document our travels—it inspires them.
Supporting Mandy is me, Jason.
My background comes from a very different world. Before becoming a full-time dive professional, I spent over two decades in the fire service and emergency medicine. Today I own and operate a boutique dive business in Bonaire, teach divers of every experience level, and spend much of the year exploring some of the world’s best dive destinations.
Together, our experience creates something unique.

Unlike many travel agencies that simply sell dive holidays, we’ve experienced many of the destinations we recommend ourselves. We understand the logistics of travelling with dive equipment, the differences between liveaboards and land-based resorts, and the little details that can make the difference between a good trip and an unforgettable one.
We’re also passionate about documenting those adventures. We both enjoy underwater photography and sharing the incredible places we visit, but more importantly, we love helping other divers experience those moments for themselves.
Throughout the year we lead escorted group expeditions to some of the world’s most spectacular dive destinations. These trips are designed for divers who enjoy travelling with experienced hosts, meeting like-minded people, and knowing someone is there before, during, and after the journey to help everything run smoothly.
