A video captures a boat fully engulfed in flames on Lake Ontario near Courtice, Ontario. (2 km offshore) Two individuals were transported to the hospital with injuries that are not considered life-threatening.

“We are okay. Both of my legs are burnt but my dad is okay, I believe it was coast guard rescue who saved us. I’m already home and hoping for a speedy recovery”

Details on who rescued them is still not clear Coastguard, police boat or civilian, but they took them to the Oshawa pier. (according to above statement)
