Our intrepid team of Rescue Diver students completed their course with Staff Instructor Jen in early October.
Sunshine, rain, salt & freshwater gave our team a variety of challenges to deal with as they used their new skills throughout various scenarios – each one designed to test their ability to work as a team and deal with a diving emergency.
Despite these challenges, their course was heaps of fun. The team were even lucky enough to have two large common dolphins come and check them out on day one! Perhaps the dolphins were coming to help with those rescue skills too?!
Pippa, Sophie, Aaron, Helen and Shannon put 100% into their course and we’re very pleased to say that we now have 5 new PADI Rescue Divers! Awesome work team, we’re super proud of you all.
Our next PADI Rescue Diver course begins on 7th & 8th January 2017. Why not challenge yourself to learn some new dive skills in the New Year, come along and join us.
