Calling All Ocean Enthusiasts: Shark-Con Set To Invade Tampa Bay

Shark-Con at The Scuba NewsWeekend-long Ocean Conservation and Water Sport Convention promises to entertain and educate; raising awareness through fun in the name of conserving our world’s oceans!

“Fin”girls and boys of all ages will revel in Shark-Con, their chance to experience something akin to “Shark Week: LIVE!”  Panels and presentations from shark experts around the globe and up-close encounters with marine and terrestrial animals are only the beginning. Opportunities to check out some cutting edge technology (Roboshark™!!!), special aquatic adventures around the bay, a gallery of award winning photography, and over 100 vendors, create an amazing event to kick-off the summer! The festivities take place daily May 3-4, 2013 at the Tampa Bay Convention Center and satellite locations around Tampa Bay.  All proceeds benefit marine research, conservation, and education.

Vendor Booths are $325 for the show. They are 10X10 and include curtains on 3 sides, a standard table, and 2 chairs. Vendors will also be listed on the website with a link to your business. Please contact me at spencer@shark-con.com to arrange for a booth.

Sponsorship opportunities are available from $1000 to $15,000. Some of the things included are name/logo in all paid media, banners displayed during the show, opportunity to address audience before speakers and introduce speakers, premier exhibitor spots, tickets, ability to pass out material on exhibition floor and at entrances / exits, social media posts before and during event, and more.
