- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent commercial degree
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills

- Able to analyse sales figures and write reports
- Fluent in English, another language is a plus
- Experience with e-commerce or travel & tourism is a plus
