Torben Lonne has been diving since preschool and still works with diving every day. He started out with CMAS but turned to PADI as he became a Divemaster and later on in 2006 a PADI Dive Instructor. Today he is the Editor at DIVE.in – an Online Scuba Diving Magazine where you can find scuba articles, reviews and guides.
During the last 8 years Torben has educated divers in Bali, Gili, Thailand and as a freelancer in Europe as well. As part of his work he started writing articles about best practice when diving, guides for both prober use of scuba gear, how to become a better diver and reviews of gear. This sparkled the foundation of DIVE.in Scuba Magazine where Torben and 15 other writers today publish most of their writing.
When not writing for DIVE.in or here at The Scuba News, Torben lives in Denmark with his girlfriend and is looking forward to becoming a father later this year. Travelling is naturally a big part of his life since scuba diving in Denmark is limited to those few months with warm weather.
