[VIDEO] Divers Save 2 Rare Devil Rays Caught In Fishing Net

Our Scuba Junkie team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah rescued 2 very rare Devil Rays at Police Bay off Kota Kinabalu. The Devil Rays had been tangled up in a fishing net that had been discarded in the area. After our team rescued the Devil Rays we then spent several hours bringing the fishing net to the surface and disposed of it properly back on the mainland. We are happy to say that both Devil Rays seemed to swim off OK and we hope that make a full recovery. Fishing nets left in the sea can be very damaging and its very important they are disposed of on land and not in the sea. Great work guys!!
