As you know from some of my recent posts on The Scuba News, I have a major issue with people who touch, man-handle or stress the marine life while diving.
Here is an extreme example of what I am talking about and this has taken place here in Egypt. HEPCA (Hurghada Environmental Protection Agency) have put a call out via their Facebook page for any information which could lead to the identity of this man.
If you are a diver in Egypt and you know who this is please contact HEPCA via Facebook or please feel free to email me here at The Scuba News and I will pass on the details for you so this man can be appropriately prosectued.
