A 57 year old man who has been named as James Allen Fox unfortunately died while scuba diving at Marine City in Michigan on Sunday morning.
A witness called emergency services after the diver surfaced and shouted for help before submerging again. It is being reported that although the diver was part of a group, he was alone in the water at the time of the incident.
A second diver entered the water to assist but found Mr Fox lifeless at around 6-7m.
